Questultimo e rappresentato dalle Flooding Islands, una terra vasta e ricca di differenti ecosistemi, irta di insidie e segreti da scoprire. Gli sviluppatori hanno fatto in modo di sfruttare la peculiarita per favorire il gioco in cooperativa: tutte le statistiche ed i progressi di ogni singolo personaggio saranno infatti salvati allinterno dellaction figure stessa, permettendo cosi una facile condivisione dellesperienza. Baster portare con s la statuetta ed appoggiarla su un qualunque Portale attivo per far entrare il proprio personaggio in gioco, allistante e con tutti i progressi sbloccati. Ben 32 saranno i personaggi giocabili, incluso naturalmente il draghetto Spyro, contenuto nello starter pack insieme ad altri due personaggi, oltre naturalmente al Portale ed alla copia del gioco. Il vasto roster e stato ideato e suddiviso attorno ad otto elementi, laddove ai classici Aria, Terra Acqua e Fuoco se ne aggiungono di inediti, come lUndead: ogni personaggio sar legato ad uno degli elementi, e potr conseguentemente disporre di poteri speciali, i quali gli permetteranno di superare le molte barriere e sezioni puzzle che costellano il mondo di gioco.
